I'm Sebastiaan, based in the Netherlands, working across movement, the web, and AI. My work lives in the balance between building a business online and taking care of the body, between hours at the desk and time spent moving or playing with your kids.

I mainly teach people how to build their own websites and apps, still working with WordPress and now building a lot with AI on Base44. Alongside that, I guide yoga, play with kids, and help couples reconnect.
